Are you looking for a way to advertise your business and serve the community at the same time?

Ashley Elementary School’s sponsorship program is different from a typical advertisement. Your gift does more than just getting your company’s name in front of potential customers, it supports our school, our neighborhood and your own business.

Being a Ashley sponsor shows the people who live within walking distance of your business that you care about their kids. Your contribution and loyalty to our community gives your customers and potential customers a meaningful reason to become loyal to you. By strengthening your local public school, you are maintaining or even increasing property values, which keeps our neighborhood vibrant and your business strong. So an investment in Ashley is actually an investment in your own business.

Why give?

Ashley Elementary is a diverse community comprised of engaged students, committed parents, dedicated teachers, staff and leaders, and the support of the surrounding community. We all work together to help our students and to make Ashley one of the best schools in Denver.

Denver Public Schools gives us a foundation, but it’s not enough to make our school the best it can be. That’s where our parents and community come in. Fundraising efforts help Ashley Elementary fill the gap between what we want for our kids and what is provided by our current Denver Public Schools budget. With state budgets continuing to be threatened by cuts, and drastic reductions in community resources, we are at risk of eliminating vital programs that contribute to a well-rounded education for all of our students.

How is your donation used?

Your gift supports the annual fundraising grant given by the PTA to Ashley Elementary which helps to support books, supplies, teacher conferences, paraprofessional support and amazingly talented and experienced teachers. These resources help hundreds of students build creativity, confidence, and character. Direct funds also support a number of activities including, but not limited to: classroom grants; student assistance; enrichment scholarships; community events, such as the Fall Festival, Winter Bazaar, Valentine’s Day dance, teacher appreciation week, and PTA fees and general expenses.
