Risk more than others think is safe. Care more than others think is wise. Dream more than others think is practical. Expect more than others think is possible. – Cadet Maxim

Though I was born in Denver, I grew up in a small town in southeast Wisconsin. My family took frequent vacations to Denver, among many other places, developing my love for travel. After high school, I attended University of Notre Dame where I studied psychology and poverty studies. During my time at Notre Dame, I taught abroad in Namibia and Cambodia. These experiences developed my passion for children, education, and diversity. I am very excited to be back in Denver pursuing these passions at Ashley Elementary. This will be my second year at Ashley and I’m thrilled to start a new year of learning, challenges, and of course, fun! Thus far, Denver has been a perfect match for all my hobbies including biking, cooking, and people-watching.
