Greetings from Second Grade

Hi, My name is Michael O'Connor and I been a second grade teacher at Ashley for four years. I have been a teacher in Denver Public Schools for six years. I find teaching second grade an exciting challenge with never a dull moment. I love to work with your children and am always amazed by how much they have to teach me.

We are working hard this year to become the best readers and writers we can. We spend each morning working on our reading and writing skills. Our afternoon is filled with math, specials ( art, music, library), science and ELD.
